Brands and retailers needed to have subscribed by March 31 to participate in this year’s ratings cycle. Suppliers can register now to complete the survey.

  • What changes will I notice as a subscriber?
    Initially, very little will change—you’ll continue to access the same surveys, reports, and rating cycles. Over time, you may see enhancements or additional offerings stemming from Cascale’s broader network and resources. Additionally, there may be updates to branding and communications as the integration progresses, but the core tools and services you rely on will remain consistent. Any changes to tools, resources, or branding will be communicated transparently and well in advance.
  • Will the annual ratings cycles still follow the same schedule?
    Yes. All rating cycles will remain on their current schedule for at least the next year.
  • Will I need to be a Cascale member to access Better Buying tools?
    No. Better Buying tools will remain accessible to both Cascale members and non-members for the foreseeable future. Any future updates regarding access will be communicated in advance.
  • Will my anonymity still be protected?
    Yes. Data collection, sharing, and protection practices remain unchanged. Supplier contributions to Better Buying’s rating cycles will continue to be anonymous and secure, with all existing safeguards in place.
  • How will I access surveys?
    Suppliers will continue to access surveys through the same platform. Any future changes will be communicated well in advance to avoid disruptions.
  • How will this drive industry-wide improvements on purchasing practices?
    Cascale’s integration of Better Buying tools will scale responsible purchasing practices, strengthen buyer-supplier relationships, and enhance corporate accountability—leading to measurable progress in labor and environmental outcomes across global supply chains.
