The Responsible Purchasing Practices Learning Series is a Cascale learning series designed to help member brands strengthen the commercial fluency and cross-functional alignment needed to improve Responsible Purchasing Practices and act on Better Buying insights. Through practitioner-led sessions focused on sourcing, costing, planning, forecasting, and merchandising, members will explore how commercial decisions influence supplier relationships, operational stability, purchasing practices, and decent work outcomes.

Each session is offered twice to accommodate our global community’s time zones.

This 1-hour session brings the series together, connecting the planning, forecasting, sourcing, costing, and merchandising insights from Sessions 1 and 2 back to a single question: what will members do differently as a result? Cascale’s Q3 and Q4 Decent Work community calls are consolidated into this session, tying the series back to the Common Framework for Responsible Purchasing Practices and Better Buying. Participants will compare notes with peers, test their takeaways, and leave with a plan for applying what they’ve learned within their own organizations.

This session will not be recorded and will run under Chatham House Rules. Participants should plan to attend live. Please note that this session will take place after Daylight Saving ends.
