Higg FEM: Level 2 and Level 3 Verification

As the Higg Facility Environmental Module (Higg FEM) continues to evolve to meet the shifting needs of the consumer goods industry, so too must the methods used to ensure the accuracy and credibility of its data. By improving the consistency, comparability, and credibility of data, verification plays a critical role in enabling data-driven decision-making across the value chain.

Over the past two years, Cascale has solicited feedback through member interviews and consultations, Higg FEM Strategic Council guidance, and diverse Higg FEM use cases. This paper outlines Cascale’s vision for a more relevant and responsive verification process, moving beyond compliance and toward enabling continuous improvement.
