The Decent Work Community is part of Cascale’s Communities of Practice and provides Brand & Retailer members with a consistent space for shared learning and peer exchange on decent work-related topics.
Through quarterly virtual Community Meetings, members come together to explore real-world use cases, hear peer perspectives, and engage in facilitated discussion on how decent work challenges show up in practice. These sessions are designed to support learning, connection, and practical exchange—not governance or tool decision-making.
Community Meetings are held throughout the year, and participation is flexible. Members may choose to attend one or more sessions based on their interests and priorities.
