NOTICE OF RECORDING
By registering for, attending, or participating in the Cascale Forum or related activities (collectively, the “Event”), you acknowledge and agree to the following: (i) you may be photographed, filmed, or otherwise recorded during the Event, (ii) you grant Cascale the right to record, film, livestream, edit, use and distribute your image and/or voice captured in any format (photographs, video, audio, etc.), (iii) you grant irrevocable consent for Cascale, its successors, assigns, and licensees to use your name, likeness, image, in all media formats (e.g., social media, marketing, publications) to further Cascale’s mission, without compensation or credit., (iv) all Event recordings and derivative works are the sole property of Cascale and you waive any rights of publicity or privacy related to such recordings and release Cascale and its officers, directors, members, employees, vendors, volunteers, successors, assigns, and licensees from any related claims.
If you do not wish to be recorded, you should not register for, attend, or participate in the Event.
ACCESSIBILITY AND ACCOMMODATION REQUESTS
Cascale is committed to hosting inclusive and accessible events. To support your full participation in the Event, you may be asked to share information regarding accessibility needs or specific accommodation requests (e.g., wheelchair access, dietary restrictions).
This process is outside the scope of our standard Privacy Policy. However, any information you provide will be used solely to coordinate appropriate support and will be accessible only to authorized personnel involved in event planning. Such information will be retained only as long as necessary to fulfill your request and ensure a safe, respectful, and inclusive experience.

CODE OF CONDUCT
The Event Code of Conduct (“Code”) outlines the standards of behavior expected from all participants to ensure a respectful, inclusive, and productive environment.
Who Must Follow This Code
The Code applies to all individuals involved in the Event, including, but not limited to: attendees, speakers, sponsors, exhibitors, moderators, venue staff, contractors, volunteers, and Cascale staff (“Event Participants”), both in-person and online.
Expected Behavior
Event Participants shall:
- Conduct themselves with professionalism, courtesy, and respect toward others.
- Uphold diversity, equity, and inclusion in all interactions.
- Foster a collegial and collaborative atmosphere free from harassment or discrimination.
- Comply with antitrust and competition laws by avoiding discussions on pricing, market sharing, hiring practices, or any other anti-competitive behavior.
- Follow guidance and safety measures implemented by Cascale or venue staff.
Prohibited Behavior
Event Participants shall not:
- Harass, discriminate against, or demean others based on gender, race, ethnicity, religion, disability, age, sexual orientation, or any legally protected characteristic.
- Engage in bullying, threatening, or coercive behavior.
- Record, rebroadcast, or share any Event sessions without prior authorization.
- Share, sell, or transfer event badges, access links, or credentials without prior Cascale approval.
Reporting and Enforcement
Violations of this Code should be reported to Wendy Dittmer, Chief Operating Officer, by email at wendy.dittmer@cascale.org, or by call or text at +1-412-289-9209.
Consequences for violation of this Code may include immediate removal from the Event and exclusion from future Cascale events, at Cascale’s sole discretion.
ASSUMPTION OF RISK
Your attendance at the Event is voluntary. You understand and accept the health and safety risks, including the exposure to COVID-19 or other illnesses. Despite precautions, such risks cannot be completely eliminated.
By attending, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with illness or harm related to participation in the Event and agree to release and hold harmless Cascale and its officers, directors, members, employees, vendors, volunteers, successors, assigns, and licensees from any related claims, losses, or damages.
CONFERENCE DISCLAIMER
The Event is provided on an “as-is” basis. The views expressed by speakers, sponsors, or attendees are their own and do not necessarily reflect those of Cascale. Cascale makes no representations as to accuracy, completeness, timeliness, suitability, or validity of any information presented by speakers, attendees or sponsors at the Event and will not be liable for any errors, omissions or delays in this information or any losses, injuries or damages arising from its display or use. Cascale does not endorse any third-party products or services presented during the Event.
EVENT AND ATTENDEE CANCELLATION
Attendee Cancellations:
- No refunds available for this event, full ticket cost applies. You can, however, transfer your ticket to someone else within your organization, please contact events@cascale.org for more information.
Event Cancellation:
Cascale reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the Event. In such cases, notice will be provided as soon as possible and refunds or alternative arrangements will be made at Cascale’s discretion.
